Exchange Request

Read the Exchange Policy in all entirety before submitting a request. By submitting a request, you acknowledge you have read Kezi Hair's Exchange/Refund and Terms of Service Policy in entirety.

Submitting an exchange request does not guarantee exchange approval. Exchanges are permitted in the case that an incorrect item is sent on the part of Kezi Hair or for Quality Control and Assurance claims. Each request will be reviewed and confirmation of approval or rejection will be sent within 5 business days. Instructions regarding the exchange process will subsequently be sent. All exchanges will require payment of a 15% restocking fee which must be paid prior to the exchanged product being sent. Kezi Hair is not responsible for subsequent shipping charges unless the exchange is due to an incorrect item sent by Kezi Hair. All exchanges must be in original packaging (bands and ties) without any processing or brushing/fingering of the product. Kezi Hair reserves the right to reject exchanges that are received and deemed altered based on the aforementioned criteria. Products sent to Kezi Hair without direct approval of the exchange request or not consistent with required guidelines for the exchange will not be acknowledged or processed and considered an unauthorized return.
